This book comprises versions of the papers presented at the New South Wales State Library on 27th July 2007 to mark the twentieth anniversary of the Commercial Law Quarterly, at a conference organised by the Commercial Law Association in conjunction with the Ross Parsons Centre of Commercial, Corporate and Taxation Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Sydney.
